The warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by the following:
a. Improper installation or use that does not adhere to our installation guidelines and instructions.
b. Misuse, negligence, accidents, or any unauthorized modifications or alterations to the product.
c. Natural disasters, fire, flood, or any other acts of Nature.
d. Excessive heat, exposure to chemicals, abrasive cleaning agents, or any other improper cleaning methods.
e. Wear and tear resulting from normal use, including but not limited to scratches, chips, or fading.
f. Stone Veneers with natural variation in shade, colour, and texture that are an inherent characteristic of Veneers.
h. Any other exceptions that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

In the event of a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service department within the warranty period to initiate the claim process.
b. Provide proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or invoice.
c. Submit clear photographs of the issue or defect, along with a detailed description.
4. Resolution Options:
Based on the nature and extent of the warranty claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution. This may involve repairing or replacing the affected product or component, free of charge. Sketch Australia reserves the right to assess each claim individually and determine the appropriate course of action.
5. Limitations:
a. The warranty provided herein is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products or components and does not cover any indirect or consequential damages.
b. The total liability of Sketch Australia under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
6. Warranty Transferability:
This warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser of the Sketch Flexible Stones.
