Natural flexible stone veneer is very easy to cut with long nosed tin snips for domestic applications. Where large volume of sheets is to be cut use angle grinder or a table saw with a tungsten carbide blade.
Step 2: Cleaning
Make sure the surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust.
Step 3: Chalking
To ensure your panels are even and give you a neat finish, measure and chalk your wall.
Step 4: Apply the panels to your wall
Apply strong adhesive to the wall or to the back of the panel and apply your panel to the marked wall – be sure to press down firmly and leave to dry.
Note: Polyurethane glue or Dual-component Epoxy Resin is recommended as suitable adhesives.
Step 5: Fill in any gaps
Once you have applied the panels to your walls, tape around them before you grout the gaps.
Step 6: Finishing
Once the grout is fully dry and set, remove the tapes and clean the panels. Finally, apply sealers.
Note: Polyurethane glue or Dual-component Epoxy Resin is recommended as suitable adhesives.
